All orders are dispatched through USPS. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Damages and issues
Each blend of our sauce will range in heat. We do our best to describe that in the description of each product.
As our sauces don’t use xanthan gum or any other “thickening agent’s” so from time to time you may notice that the pepper separates from the vinegar. Do not worry this is normal and a little shake will bring it back to where it was.
Our sauces do not require refrigeration, however, we would recommend this as a best practice if not used less than 6 months. (We have yet to see it last this long, lol)
